| Quest Personals vs. AFF. Quest Personals verses Adult Friend Finder. Quest Personals has been around since about 98 (compared to aff's 96) and they are a moderately large single's site. Quest Personals did not come up with any shortfalls or complaints in our research, and our trial of the service was not bad. Quest Personals does claim to have a free membership (or more specifically some of their affiliates do), which is not the case - they have a free trial. Quest Personals is a pay to play service, as they call it - and they are a very good company, but our review put them in fourth place behind AFF (1st), Yahoo (2nd), and Match (3rd). Fourth is not bad when you are playing against these powerhouses, but if you are looking for advice, go with the best. |

Quest Personals, (QP) as we mentioned, is not a free service - but they do have that free trial. You might give it a
spin for a week and see how you like it, since the friend finder service has a free membership that stays free, we
recommend you go with
both. One thing we can offer you is a peak into the database at aff before you even join, just click any of the buttons of form
links to see. We tried this as a pre-search with QP but had some trouble finding any profiles with pictures on their site. There are
some once you are in, but from outside we could only get 7 to load and none had pics.

| Quest Personals does have one unique feature, telepersonals. We found this an interesting service (watch out for toll charges) which the other big boys seem to be a bit behind on. But kudos on this one, QP, you beat them to the punch. They are lacking a few of the common features the other guys have, but they seem to be adding services so they may catch up in this regard. |
| AFF takes the cake, so to say, in this one with their extremely powerful search capabilities, swinger community, photo album sharing in the network feature, voice greetings, cupid reports, and matching technologies easily found built right into each profile. We also prefer the internal mail system at aff. |

| Once again we encourage you to try both, as QP does have a seven day trial, that should give you sufficient time to decide it their service is right for you, and what you are looking for. Since aff's service remains free this will help you. We believe you will quickly find, however, that aff is past the growing phase and the fact that their active membership base is so much larger that your chances will be better of meeting someone. |
